David Fitzgerald

David Fitzgerald is a seasoned legal professional specializing in corporate compliance and regulatory matters, currently serving as a Partner and Counsel at Sadis & Goldberg LLP since June 2021. As an Adjunct Professor of Law at Fordham University School of Law, David teaches an Introduction to Corporate Compliance course. Previously, David held senior legal positions at Gabelli & Partners, Sciens Capital Management, and UBS AG, where responsibilities included managing compliance functions, advising on M&A transactions, and overseeing legal risk in finance. David holds a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and a B.A. in Government and Theology from Georgetown University.
