The real estate group represents developers throughout the metropolitan New York area providing advice on all aspects of public and private financing and investment, including partnership structuring, construction contracts, hotel management, leasing and dispositions. 

Our litigation practice is international in scope and involves a variety of business, financial services and commercial disputes in the U.S. and various offshore financial services jurisdictions, such as the Cayman Islands. Litigation matters include securities fraud, investor disputes, class action and derivative claims, SEC/FINRA defense, breach of fiduciary duty, corporate governance, activism, partnership disputes, fraudulent transfer/claw back claims, whistleblower claims, restrictive covenants, brokerage claims and lender liability.
