Jaywon Choi

Jaywon Choi is currently an Associate at Sadis & Goldberg LLP, focusing on Private Funds, M&A, and Financial Services Regulatory. Prior to this, Jaywon was a Law Clerk at Fordham Angel Fund, where they were involved in Deal Sourcing & Due Diligence. Jaywon also has experience as a Summer Associate at Ashurst in Cross-border M&A, an Intern at The Legal Aid Society in Juvenile Rights Practice, and as a Legal Assistant at Brune Law P.C. in White Collar Defense & Investigations. They also served in the Republic of Korea Army as a Sergeant in Intelligence. Jaywon holds a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy & Politics from New York University. They also have a High School Diploma from The Wardlaw + Hartridge School.
