Responsibilities include negotiating with strategic suppliers and managing significant annual expenses in the Transmission Towers and Hardware business. Prior to SAE Towers, Hudson worked at ABB Brasil from January 1998 to January 2007, where roles such as Production Coordinator, Engineer, and Planning Technician involved cost reduction and process improvements. Hudson holds an MBA in Industrial Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, a degree in Mechanical Engineering from PUC Minas, and education in Supply Chain Management from Ietec.
