Angela Mills MD currently serves as Professor and Chair of the Department of Emergency Medicine at Columbia University Irving Medical Center and as Chief of Emergency Medicine Services at New York-Presbyterian Hospital, both positions held since January 2018. Angela is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Society for Academic Emergency Medicine since May 2016. Prior to these roles, Angela held various positions at Penn Medicine, University of Pennsylvania Health System, including Vice Chair of Clinical Operations, Medical Director of the Department of Emergency Medicine, and Emergency Medicine Faculty from July 2003 to January 2018. Angela's educational background includes a Doctor of Medicine from Temple University - Lewis Katz School of Medicine, a Bachelor of Science from Muhlenberg College, and participation in the Physician Leadership Academy at The Wharton School as an Aresty Scholar from 2016 to 2017.
