Georgia Keresty Ph.D.

Georgia Keresty PhD, MPH, currently serves on the Board of Directors for Solid Biosciences and Intellia Therapeutics, while also advising BioCurie Inc. and Medzown Inc. In her recent role as Chief Operating Officer at Volnay Therapeutics, Keresty brings extensive experience from previous positions, including board member roles at CAI and Aspen Technology, and leadership as COO and Global Head at Takeda. A former Vice President at Johnson & Johnson, Keresty has held various high-level positions across pharmaceutical development, quality compliance, and regulatory affairs. Educational credentials include a PhD in Operations Management and an MBA from Rutgers Business School, an MPH from the University of Southern California, and additional degrees in Information Systems and Chemical Engineering from Pace University and Ramapo College of New Jersey, respectively.
