Gökçe Demi̇rcan

Gökçe Demircan has a diverse work experience in various roles related to quality management and supplier development. They worked as the Head of Quality Management at SAERTEX and previously served as a Quality Manager at Gen Grinders. At Norm Holding, they worked as the Deputy Manager of Quality Assurance, where they managed quality departments and implemented quality assurance systems. They also established and managed quality assurance test laboratories. Prior to that, Demircan worked at Teka Türkiye as a Technical Purchasing & Supplier Development Executive, where they led R&D, purchasing, and supply chain operations. They were responsible for researching and approving alternative suppliers, standardizing and managing supplier performance, and improving supplier quality and shipment performance. At Vestel, Demircan held multiple roles, including IQC and Supplier Development Responsible and Technical Support Engineer. In these roles, they managed supplier quality improvement activities, measured and tested supplied parts, conducted failure analysis, and implemented corrective actions. They also provided technical support, coordinated with customers and factory, and handled technical documentation and archiving. Before Vestel, Demircan worked as a System Test Engineer at OMKA KALIBRASYON, where they assembled, tested, and calibrated devices in a steam turbine power generation plant.

Gökçe Demircan completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering from Dokuz Eylul University from 1998 to 2003. Gökçe then pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Mechanical Engineering, with a focus on English, from the same university from 2003 to 2007. Prior to attending university, they attended İzmir Atatürk Lisesi from 1993 to 1997, where they studied Mathematics.
