Connie E. is a seasoned business leader with extensive experience in various sectors. As the founder and CEO of Mexican Food Tours since June 2012, Connie has successfully established a premier cooking classes and food tour company in Mexico City, emphasizing the region's culinary diversity. Concurrently, Connie has been a co-owner at Grupo Rexa since 2002, focusing on the construction and sale of industrial properties to AAA companies in Mexico. Previous experience includes a marketing role at BBVA en México (2008-2011), where high-value marketing strategies were implemented, and a senior consultant position at Deloitte in 2005, developing market demand strategies. Connie holds multiple degrees, including an MSc in Public Policy from The London School of Economics, an MBA from IPADE Business School, and a BA in Political Sciences from Universidad Iberoamericana.
