Nakoshi C. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. They began their career as a Women in Technology Club Liaison at Henry Ford Community College, where they mentored students and organized club activities. From there, Nakoshi worked as an IT Coordinator for Ideal Group, managing computer networks and telecommunications systems. They also served as an IT consultant, providing personalized computer tech services. Nakoshi then worked as a Stock Cashier at Dollar General before transitioning to an administrative role at GMT Management, where they assisted with accounting, sales support, and property management tasks. They later served as a Network Administrator at OROTEX Corporation, managing servers and improving network security. Nakoshi also gained experience as an Office Manager at Hoy's Concrete, where they handled communications, developed procedures, and managed records. Most recently, Nakoshi has been with Saf-Gard Safety Shoe Company, starting as a Clerical Associate and progressing to roles such as IT Systems and Operations Training Leader and Manager of Operations and IT Training. They currently hold the position of Corporate Director of Training Programs, overseeing training initiatives for the company.

Nakoshi C. started their education at Henry Ford College in 1997, where they obtained an Associates Degree in Computer Information Systems in 2008. In 2001, Nakoshi pursued further education at Microsoft, specializing in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications, and earned the MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) certification in 2002. Additionally, in 2007, Nakoshi attended Dale Carnegie Training to enhance their skills in Effective Communications and Human Relations.
