Erika Mason, MSM, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at SAF-HOLLAND Inc. since July 2023, Erika has previously held senior HR roles at companies such as Sunland Logistics Solutions, Newly Weds Foods, Kerry, and The Kraft Heinz Company. With a strong background in HR disciplines, Erika has successfully managed HR functions for large organizations, including unionized environments, and has a proven track record in implementing strategic HR initiatives, driving process improvements, and enhancing internal customer support.
