Laura Lanier Nack

Laura Lanier Nack currently serves as the Chief Solutions Officer at Safal Partners since March 2023. Prior to this role, Nack was a Senior Fellow at NORC at the University of Chicago from January 2020 to February 2023, focusing on education policy, postsecondary and adult education, and workforce development. Nack has extensive experience in technical assistance, having served as Senior Director of Technical Assistance at Manhattan Strategy Group, where oversight included multiple contracts with federal education and labor departments. Earlier positions include Director of Education Programs at Kratos Learning Solutions, Project Director for adult education projects, and an Education Analyst at the National School-to-Work Office. Nack holds a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from The Citadel and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the College of Charleston.
