Faraaz Narsighani, CFA, CPA, CMA has a diverse work experience starting from their role as Co-Founder and Vice President of Operations at Queen's Movement for Educational Development. Faraaz co-founded this start-up and coordinated with university authorities and regulatory groups to provide children around the world with access to quality education programs.

Faraaz then joined EY as an Associate 3 in 2011 and gradually worked their way up to become a Senior Auditor. In this role, they had full responsibility for initiating, executing, and concluding audits of large complex multinational organizations. Faraaz successfully implemented efficient audit procedures and employed the latest technologies, resulting in a 10% cost reduction year on year. Faraaz's next position was at Safanad, a global principal investment firm, where they started as an Investment Accountant and later became an Assistant Manager, Manager, and currently a Vice President of Financial Reporting. In their role as Vice President, they oversee a team of two professionals and handles all the investment SPVs as well as the Group financial accounting, consolidation, and reporting processes. Faraaz has achieved increased accountability and streamlined finance and accounting processes by developing and refining policies and procedures based on industry and accounting best practices.

Faraaz Narsighani, CFA, CPA, CMA, completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Accounting and Finance at Queen's University from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their undergraduate education, they have obtained several certifications. In November 2013, they became a Certified Public Accountant through NASBA. Faraaz also obtained the Certified Management Accountant designation from the IMA | Institute of Management Accountants in September 2013. Finally, in September 2017, they earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the CFA Institute.
