André Casimiro

André Casimiro is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in data engineering and computer vision technologies. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Safari AI since August 2022, André leads initiatives to enhance operational efficiency for enterprise SaaS customers through advanced data analytics from IP camera networks. Previously, André held key positions at BairesDev as Head of Data Engineering, where a world-class data platform was built, and at Creditas as Data Engineering Manager, overseeing the expansion of the data engineering team and the delivery of machine learning platforms. André’s earlier roles include teaching as a Big Data MBA Professor at FIAP, contributing to data engineering at Itaú Unibanco and UOL, and developing applications at other organizations. André holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Universidade de São Paulo.
