Lisa Freeman is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in the food industry. As Co-Founder of The Gypsy Bistro since November 2009, Freeman has established a bistro and catering company with a prestigious client list including the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and NASCAR Inc. Additionally, Freeman has contributed as a Seminar Presenter for Safari Club International, delivering interactive cooking seminars recognized in an award-winning magazine from 2009 to 2011. Previously, Freeman served as Executive Chef for NASCAR from 2002 to 2017, traveling with the elite Monster Cup Series. Additional experience includes roles as Culinary Director for Zillion Media's "The Full Bloom Show," assistance in Michael Chiarello's Napa PBS TV cooking series, and a prior position as Sales Representative for Young's Market Company. Freeman holds certifications from the University of California, Davis, and CIA Greystone.
