Sarah S. has over 16 years of work experience in the travel industry. Their most recent role is Director of Operations at Safari Portal, which they started in November 2021. Prior to this, Sarah worked at Tully Luxury Travel for 16 years. Sarah held various positions, including Senior Sales Specialist from January 2019 to November 2021, Sales Manager for African Dreams from January 2017 to January 2019, and Sales, Marketing & Technical Support from November 2005 to January 2017.

Sarah S. received a Diploma in Tourism & Travel from Sheridan College from 2004 to 2006. Later, in 2020 to 2021, they attended York University School of Continuing Studies to obtain a Certification in Digital Marketing. In addition to their formal education, Sarah also obtained certifications in TICO (Travel Industry Council of Ontario) in April 2006 and First Aid and CPR from the Canadian Red Cross in August 2020.
