Fredrick Mbugua

Fredrick Mbugua is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in web applications engineering and customer experience management, particularly within Safaricom PLC since February 2017. As Chapter Lead in the Fixed Data Tribe, Fredrick has successfully developed solutions enhancing the FTTH Onboarding experience, significantly improving customer satisfaction.
