Kennedy Simiyu Manyonge

Kennedy Simiyu Manyonge is an accomplished technology professional with substantial experience in software engineering and DevSecOps leadership. Currently serving as the DevSecOps Area Practice Lead at Safaricom PLC since October 2021, Kennedy focuses on promoting and embedding DevSecOps practices across the organization, while also developing a comprehensive developer platform using a variety of tools and technologies. Prior roles include Software Engineer in Test at Mastercard and Automation Engineer at One Acre Fund, where Kennedy enhanced software quality and implemented continuous integration processes. Earlier experience includes positions at Eagle Finance Group, contributing to software design and testing, and obtaining a Computer Science and Mathematics degree from the University of Eldoret. Additionally, Kennedy completed a Togaf9.1 certification in 2017.
