Magdaline Ihiga

Magdaline Ihiga holds a Master’s Degree in Finance and Investments from the University of Nairobi and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Kenyatta University. Currently, as the Manager of Finance Business Partner for Mobile Financial Services (M-Pesa) at Safaricom PLC since August 2018, Magdaline crafts budgets and strategic plans while analyzing financials to support business growth. Prior experience includes various managerial roles at Airtel Kenya, where key contributions included developing management reporting dashboards, strategizing for high-level meetings during the 2017 elections, and leading a product streamlining initiative that reduced product offerings significantly. Magdaline's earlier role as an Executive Reconciliation at Zain Kenya further enriched expertise in financial analysis and decision support.
