Makena Caroline is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving in Ethics & Compliance at Safaricom PLC since September 2023. Prior to this role, Makena held the position of Commercial Manager for Device Financing at Safaricom Telecommunications Ethiopia PLC from November 2021 to August 2023, and led the Program Management Office focused on Legal, Risk, and Regulatory aspects at Safaricom Limited from July 2009 to December 2021.
