Margaret Ndei

Margaret Ndei is an experienced professional in human resource management, currently serving as the Manager of Acquisition and Talent Management at Safaricom PLC since May 2022. Previously, Margaret worked as a Talent Specialist at Coca-Cola Beverages Africa from May 2019 to April 2022, and as a Human Resource Officer at Jubilee Insurance from October 2016 to March 2018. Additionally, Margaret held roles as an HR Consultant and Team Lead Business Development, as well as a Human Resources Business Analyst at Resource Associates Ltd from June 2013 to December 2015. Margaret is a Certified Human Resource Professional, having completed the program at the College of Human Resource Management in 2017, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources Management and Services from The Catholic University of Eastern Africa, obtained in 2013.
