Muthoni Muigai

Muthoni Muigai is a skilled professional in education, human resources, and training, currently serving as a Global Learning & Experiments Designer and Design Lead & Product Owner at Educate! since July 2021, focusing on programs for Out of School Youth in Kenya. Concurrently, Muthoni holds the position of Head of People at Carhoot App, overseeing HR functions with a focus on employee engagement and performance management. Previous roles include Group Human Resources Generalist at d.light, Senior Project Coordinator and Lead Facilitator at Andela, and Training and Development Consultant at UN Women, among others. Muthoni has extensive experience in curriculum development and training, having trained over 1200 engineers in soft skills across multiple African countries. Muthoni holds a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Daystar University.
