Naisenya Mungai is an accomplished Tech Tribe Lead at Safaricom PLC, specializing in Digital Transformation since November 2015, where strategic leadership and innovation initiatives have significantly advanced the company's digital agenda. With a rich background in engineering roles, including positions such as Engineering Community Lead and Digital Delivery Lead, Naisenya has driven exceptional growth in digital portfolio delivery and established a Software factory that transitioned Safaricom towards an insourcing model. Key achievements include optimizing customer onboarding processes, enhancing network performance, and improving accessibility through innovative technology solutions. Naisenya holds a B.Eng in Electrical and Telecommunications Engineering from Moi University and has completed a course at Moringa School.
