Tanya B. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in change management and human resources, currently serving as Change Management Lead for the ERP Transformation Project at Safaricom PLC since January 2017. In this role, Tanya leads a team of Change Champions to ensure seamless adoption of new systems across Safaricom Plc, MPESA Africa, and Safaricom Ethiopia through strategic change management initiatives. Additional roles at Safaricom include Organization Effectiveness & Change Manager and HR Business Partner, focusing on organization design, workforce planning, and employee engagement within the Technology division. Prior to Safaricom, Tanya held HR Business Partner positions at Simba Corporation Limited and Mumias Sugar Company. Tanya holds an MBA from Strathmore University and a Bachelor's degree in International Business, graduating Magna Cum Laude from United States International University - Africa.
