Victor Odada

Victor Odada is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the financial services and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as the Head of M-PESA Payments at Safaricom PLC, Victor is part of the Senior Leadership team for M-PESA Financial Services, focusing on product development and commercialization. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Stanbic Bank Kenya, where Victor managed Digital Banking and E-Commerce initiatives, and previously at Safaricom PLC overseeing Financial Services & Insurance. Victor has a strong background in marketing, product strategy, and operations, having held various managerial positions across multiple organizations, including Del Monte Fresh Produce, LINKSOFT Communications, Emtel, and Zain. Victor's educational qualifications include an Executive Education program from MIT Sloan and an ongoing MBA from the United States International University - Africa, complementing a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and Technology and various industry-specific certifications.
