Katherine Hughes

Katherine Hughes has extensive experience in finance, having worked in various roles throughout their career. Katherine started their professional journey as a Group Accountant at Pilkington's Group Plc in 1998 and held the position until 2010. Following this, they joined Shaws of Darwen Limited, where they served as the Financial Controller from 2010 to 2011 before being promoted to Finance Director in 2011. Katherine Hughes stayed with Shaws of Darwen Limited until 2022. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Safariland as Finance Director.

Katherine Hughes obtained a Bachelor of Science with Honors degree in Psychology from Glasgow University, completing their studies between 1991 and 1994.
