Jan C. Albers

Jan C. Albers has a diverse work history, starting in 2011 as a Junior Research Assistant at the Institute of Media and Communication Management at the University of St.Gallen. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Junior Research Assistant at the Institute of Information Management, also at the University of St.Gallen.

In 2017, they joined PwC Switzerland as an Intern, later becoming a Consultant and then a Senior Consultant. They stayed at PwC until 2020.

In 2020, Albers joined the Tezos Foundation as an Operations Analyst, later becoming an Operations Associate and taking on the additional role of Team Lead for the Grant Program. They managed a team, brought in grants, and oversaw the Foundation's grant platform. They left the Tezos Foundation in 2023.

Most recently, they have been working at Safe as the Head of Partnerships since September 2023.

Jan C. Albers has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of St.Gallen, which they obtained from 2013 to 2017. Jan C. then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Business Innovation at the same university from 2018 to 2021. In 2019, they participated in a Master Exchange program at Alliance Manchester Business School, specializing in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. Additionally, in 2016, they completed a Business Administration Exchange Semester at the School of Business, Economics, and Law at the University of Gothenburg.
