Tatiana Efremova

Tatiana Efremova has a range of experience in the field of product design and user experience. Tatiana currently holds the position of Product Design Lead at Safe, where they started in November 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a UX Architect at Hello Customer from April 2020 to September 2021. In this role, Tatiana was responsible for designing and improving an AI-powered B2B platform for customer feedback analysis. Tatiana also implemented research activities, developed a product Design System, and made enhancements to the onboarding flow. Before joining Hello Customer, Tatiana worked as a Web Content Writer at homenino.ru from 2012 to 2013.

Tatiana Efremova obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Rheinische Fachhochschule Köln in 2014-2015. Prior to that, they studied at Nizhny Novgorod State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering (NNGASU) where they obtained a Specialist degree in International Business and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from 2010 to 2015. Additionally, they have obtained multiple certifications in various fields, such as user experience research, interaction design, data analysis, and design thinking from LinkedIn in 2021.
