Claire K. Redfield is an accomplished theatre professional with a diverse background in educational theatre, community engagement, and artistic direction. Currently serving as the Expect Respect Educational Theatre Manager at The SAFE Alliance, Claire oversees programs that empower youth to foster healthy relationships and celebrate diversity. As a co-founder and co-artistic director of Sleeveless Acts, Claire's work emphasizes civic arts partnerships and innovative theatrical creations. Claire also co-founded the Eleusis Collective, focusing on gender and identity exploration through multimedia projects. With extensive freelance directing and dramaturgy experience, Claire has contributed to various educational institutions, including Arizona State University and Lookingglass Theatre Company, strengthening community and youth engagement in the arts. Claire holds an MFA in Theatre for Youth and Community from Arizona State University and a BA in Anthropology and Drama from Tufts University.
