Rachel Leyer is a dedicated professional with a background in human rights, advocacy, and community support. Currently serving as the Lead Community Resource Advocate at The SAFE Alliance since August 2021, Rachel efficiently manages a caseload of clients, develops tailored service plans, and advocates for social programs and funding opportunities. Previous roles include Housing Stabilization Coach at Supportive Living Solutions and Women's Rights Advocate for The Advocates for Human Rights, where Rachel demonstrated expertise in case management, client support, and community engagement. Rachel holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Rights & Justice, Spanish, and Sociology from the University of Minnesota and possesses extensive experience in bilingual communication and support across various social service environments.
