Laksanin Kamponpan

Laksanin Kamponpan has a diverse work experience in supply chain management and logistics. Laksanin currently holds the position of Supply Chain and Logistics Manager at Safe Catch since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Guest Lecturer at Chulalongkorn University Transportation Institute (CUTI) starting from October 2014.

Laksanin has also gained valuable experience at SCG Logistics Management Co., Ltd. where they held various positions. As the Head of Chemicals Business - International Logistics Business, they successfully managed E2E international logistics operations and targeted new customers in the Chemicals Industry. As a Senior Manager - International Logistics Business, they achieved sales targets and managed import/export logistics operations. Additionally, they served as the Business Development/Service Development Senior Manager, leading process improvement projects and formulating business strategies.

During their time at Siemens, Laksanin held the role of Strategic Procurement Manager (Logistics Commodity)/Logistics Manager. Laksanin played a key role in developing cost-saving opportunities and increasing profit through collaborative sourcing activities and supplier management.

Their earlier work experience includes positions at SCG Trading Co., Ltd. where they worked as an Assistant Manager in Planning and Marketing/Business Development, as well as a Senior Freight Specialist. Laksanin also served as a Marketing Executive (Freight Forwarder Business) and Traffic Executive at SCG Trading Co., Ltd.

Laksanin started their career as a Trainee in Traffic Executive at SCG Trading Co., Ltd. and gained valuable experience in fleet management and container movement.

Laksanin Kamponpan has a diverse education history with a focus on logistics, supply chain management, and business administration. In 1999 to 2003, Laksanin Kamponpan attended Chulalongkorn University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in International Transportation Management.

Later, in 2006 to 2007, Laksanin Kamponpan pursued a Master of Science degree from Cranfield School of Management, specializing in Logistics and Supply Chain Management. This education further enhanced their understanding of these subjects.

In 2018, Laksanin Kamponpan attended Cranfield School of Management again to participate in the Leading Procurement Strategy Programme, focusing on developing a comprehensive understanding of procurement strategies.

Apart from their formal education, Laksanin Kamponpan also obtained several additional certifications. In 2011, they completed the Certified Logistics Professional program through the Logistics Qualification System Program offered by JETRO (Japan External Trade Organization).

Furthermore, in 2021, Laksanin Kamponpan obtained two blockchain-related certifications, "Blockchain Basics" and "Blockchain: Beyond the Basics," from LinkedIn.
