Micki Maychrowitz

Micki Maychrowitz has extensive work experience in talent development and management. Micki currently holds the position of Vice President of Talent Development at SAFE Credit Union since May 2023. Previously, they worked at Levi Strauss & Co., where they held various roles, including Global Head of Talent Development, Interim Head of Global Talent Management & Talent Development, and Senior Director of Transformation Processes, Change and Learning & Development. Before that, they had roles at Gap Inc., where they served as Director of Learning & Development for the Retail Academy, and at Old Navy, Gap Inc., where they worked in Merchandise & Financial Planning. Micki has a proven track record of driving organizational growth and success through their expertise in talent development and strategic planning.

Micki Maychrowitz obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from San Francisco State University, which they attended from 1993 to 2002. In 2012, they also completed a Certificate in Managing for Execution at the Cornell University - School of Industrial and Labor Relations through e-Cornell.
