Rebecca Delmundo

Rebecca Delmundo has extensive experience in the financial industry. Rebecca is currently working at SAFE Credit Union as the Vice President of Community Relations and Financial Education, a position they started in September 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the AVP of Community Relations at SAFE Credit Union starting in December 2020.

Before joining SAFE Credit Union, Rebecca worked at Golden 1 Credit Union for nearly a decade. During their time there, they held multiple roles, including Financial Education Manager from June 2017 to December 2020. In this position, they developed and managed the Financial Education Program, overseeing its delivery through various channels and formats.

Prior to their role as Financial Education Manager, Rebecca held the position of Branch Manager VI from January 2013 to June 2017 and Branch Manager III from May 2011 to December 2012. In these roles, they oversaw all areas of a full-service branch, including sales, services, and operations. Rebecca also created and maintained new hire orientation classes for branch channel employees.

Rebecca's career in the financial industry began at Heritage Community Credit Union, where they served as the AVP of Operations Call Center from August 2006 to May 2008. Prior to that, they worked as a Branch Manager at CommonWealth Central Credit Union from July 2008 to June 2009, managing all aspects of a full-service branch.

Throughout their career, Rebecca has demonstrated strong leadership skills, a focus on member engagement, and a commitment to providing excellent service.

Rebecca Delmundo earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from De Anza College from 1997 to 1999. Rebecca then pursued a Bachelor's degree in the same field from California State University-Sacramento from 2000 to 2002.
