Trena Ellis

Trena Ellis has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Trena currently serves as the Board Chair at 80 Watt District (PBID) and as the Vice President of Facilities at SAFE Credit Union. Trena has also held executive positions in organizations such as Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International and IFMA.

Previous positions include Director of Facilities at PowerSchool, Facility Manager at Pearson Education, Office/Facilities Manager at Apple, and Office Manager at CB Richard Ellis. Trena also gained experience as a Project Assistant at RG Construction Consultants, where they processed paperwork for claims against general contractors.

Throughout their career, Trena has demonstrated strong leadership, change management skills, and expertise in facilities management and office operations. Trena has been actively involved in various industry associations and has served on executive boards.

Trena Ellis obtained a Master Certificate in Project Management from Villanova University in 2017-2018. Trena also has a Certificate in Green Business Operations from California State University-Sacramento, earned in 2008-2009. In 2003-2004, they completed a Certificate in Facilities Management from California State University-Sacramento. Additionally, Trena has earned certifications including LEED Accredited Professional - Operations and Maintenance from the Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI) in June 2014, and Certified Facility Manager - CFM from IFMA in December 2008.
