Kelly Carter

Kelly Carter is currently the Chief Financial Officer at SAFE Federal Credit Union. Prior to this role, Kelly held various positions at The Gratz Bank, including Comptroller, Compliance Officer, and Internal Auditor. Kelly also worked as a Staff Accountant at Jones & Co. Kelly holds a Stonier Graduate School of Banking Diploma from the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking, a Master of Science in Accounting from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
