Steve Bowen

Steve Bowen has over 16 years of experience in various roles within the technology industry. Steve started their career as a Senior IT Consultant at Intelligent Solutions, Inc., where they provided IT consulting services to private and public companies. In 2007, they joined Coban Research & Technologies Inc. as a Regional Field Systems Engineer, before moving up to become the Midwest Regional Manager at COBAN Technologies in 2011. Steve later became the Customer Service Manager and then the Director of Customer Service at COBAN Technologies, where they managed technical support, field service engineers, and installation personnel. In 2018, Steve joined Safe Fleet as the Director of Deployment - Passenger Transportation, Law Enforcement, Waste and Advanced Technologies. In this role, they worked with Safe Fleet's leadership to define service offerings and manage the future strategy and direction for all service and support for Safe Fleet's software and hardware video technology groups. Steve also provided thought leadership for professional services, customer support strategies, and led the business and operational elements of the professional services, customer support, and installation teams.

Steve Bowen completed their Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Management Information Systems and Business Administration from Lewis University in the years 1999-2003.
