Sierra Rivas

Sierra Rivas holds a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Utah State University. Currently serving as the Regional Director of Recruiting Operations at Safe Home Direct, Sierra has played a pivotal role in expanding the Relentless region from one office to four, while developing a training program for managers grounded in psychology principles and counseling theory. Previous roles include Director of Recruiting, where Sierra established a company-wide recruiting program, and Retention Manager, focusing on recruiting, retention, and branding for a new sales region. Additional experience includes clinical counseling as a Graduate Intern at Promise Counseling PLLC, and recruiting management roles at Alder Holdings and Opportunity Healthcare, showcasing a strong background in both mental health and recruiting operations.
