Harry Burton currently serves as the Head of Customer Experience at RapidSpike, where responsibilities include driving the vision and strategy for the Customer Success team and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Previous roles at RapidSpike include Customer Success Lead and Customer Success Engineer, focusing on client onboarding, technical support, and content creation. In addition to work at RapidSpike, Harry is a Trustee and Head of Marketing for KBCE, managing social media strategy and fostering cultural exchange initiatives. As a Co-Founder at Codified and a Mental Health Ambassador for Safe In Our World, Harry promotes mental health awareness in the Gaming and Tech industry. Prior experience includes roles in digital marketing, retail, and public speaking, alongside a Bachelor's degree in International Business from the University of Hull.
