Thandi P. Moses

Thandi P. Moses, MBA, is an experienced instructional designer at Safe Passage International, responsible for developing educational materials for the security industry. Previous roles include serving as a prevention/intervention teacher at Sunshine, where lesson plans were created to ensure student readiness for the next educational level, and as an operations manager at Xerox, coordinating communication and identifying process improvements. Thandi held executive assistant positions at Hinton Scaffold Solution Inc. and the Rochester school modernization program, where administrative and social media responsibilities were managed. As a data analyst at the Boys & Girls Club, accurate attendance records were maintained, and at the City of Rochester's Department of Recreation, job site monitoring and training for youth employees were conducted. Thandi began a career in community outreach as a coordinator at Freedom School, focusing on building partnerships within the urban community. Thandi holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University and a Bachelor's degree in Government and Administration from Rust College.
