Erika Hartman has a diverse and extensive work experience in various organizations and roles. Erika is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Safe Place for Youth since 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Board Member at the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority starting in 2019. In 2021, they became the Board President at USC Lambda LGBT Alumni Association. Additionally, they worked as a Homeless Research Policy Institute Partner and Race Equity Committee Member at USC Sol Price School of Public Policy from 2020.
