John Medellin

John Medellin has extensive experience in case management, currently serving as a Case Manager at Safe Place for Youth since March 2023. Prior to this role, John was a Case Manager at 1736 Family Crisis Center, where assistance with housing needs was provided from July 2021 to September 2022, and at Amanecer Community Counseling, focusing on linking clients to community resources from January 2020 to May 2021. Earlier experience includes coaching basic soccer skills to children ages 3 to 7 as a Soccer Coach for Soccer Shots Franchising in 2019, and overseeing operations as Dining Commons Lead at Spartan Shops Inc from January 2015 to May 2018. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from San Jose State University, obtained in 2019, and a high school diploma from Animo Venice Charter High School, completed in 2014.
