John F. serves as the Director of The Center for Fire, Explosives, Firearms and Tool Mark Forensic Investigations at Oklahoma State University and concurrently holds the position of Assistant Professor at the same institution since April 2013. John co-founded the Global Consortium for Explosive Hazard Mitigation in January 2021, focusing on mitigating explosive hazards and providing global support in various contexts. In March 2023, John became the Chair of the Safe Pro AI Advisory Board, which aims to deliver innovative safety and security technologies in the demining sector. Previously, John was an Adjunct Professor at New Jersey City University from September 2008 to May 2013, teaching courses related to national security studies. John F. holds multiple academic degrees, including a Doctor of Education from Oklahoma State University, a Master of Science in Explosives Technology from Missouri University of Science and Technology, and additional degrees in Education Administration and Criminal Justice from Seton Hall University and Rutgers University.
