Zac Demarco

Zac DeMarco currently serves as the Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Safe Security, focusing on cyber risk quantification and management. Previously held the position of Lead Talent Partner and ERG Mentor at Twilio, where responsibilities included leading talent acquisition across go-to-market roles and mentoring new hires. At Braze, Zac was instrumental in scaling the company from 400 to over 1,000 employees during its IPO. Earlier experience includes senior recruiting roles at Salesforce, specializing in financial services and healthcare, and at WorkMarket, contributing to significant growth through an acquisition by ADP. Zac's educational background includes a degree in Human Resource Management from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Rider University, complemented by a London Study Abroad Program.
