Katie Riester

Katie Riester currently serves as Managing Director, Head of Investor Relations, and Partner at Felicis since August 2017. Additionally, Katie has been a Board Member at Safe & Sound since 2018, contributing over 700 hours of counseling to parents in crisis. From 2011 to August 2017, Katie was a Board Member of the SVB Foundation, overseeing the approval of approximately 40 grants annually. Previous experience includes a Director position at Silicon Valley Bank from April 2005 to July 2017, focusing on private equity and venture capital investments, and serving as a Senior Consulting Associate at Cambridge Associates between July 2002 and March 2005, where Katie conducted extensive analysis on alternative asset managers. Katie holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a BA in Economics from Colby College.
