Jessie Mendez

Jessie Mendez has work experience in various roles and companies. From 2010 to 2017, they worked at Brooklyn Joes as an Assistant Store Manager, where they trained new management teams, managed a staff of 17+, and consistently exceeded sales goals while maintaining high standards of service. From 2016 to 2020, they worked at XINNIX, The Mortgage Academy as a Sales and Technology Administrator, providing training and coaching services to mortgage companies nationwide. Since 2020, they have been working at Safe Systems as a Managed Service Analyst and currently hold the position of Team Lead - Email Operations.

Jessie Mendez completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration in Finance from Kennesaw State University from 2011 to 2016. Later, from 2019 to 2022, Jessie pursued an MBA-MSIS (Master of Business Administration-Master of Science in Information Systems) at the same university. In addition, Jessie obtained a certification as a Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate from Microsoft in June 2021.
