Michael Mahoney

Michael Mahoney has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Michael started their career as an Assistant District Attorney at the Suffolk County (NY) District Attorney's Office in 1999. In 2002, they joined McHenry Horan & Lapping as an Attorney. Afterward, they worked at Freund Freeze & Arnold as an Attorney, specializing in the defense of insurance matters, from 2005 to 2016. Following this, Michael joined Poling Law as an Attorney, involved in various areas of litigation, including insurance claims and risk management. Currently, they are working as a Claims Counsel at SAFE AUTO INSURANCE CO, starting in 2018. Throughout their career, Michael has successfully handled cases, including jury trials, and has also argued and briefed appeals in different Ohio districts and the Supreme Court of Ohio.

Michael Mahoney received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Dayton in 1996. Michael then went on to earn their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in Law from St. John's University School of Law, completing their studies in 1999.
