Phillips III R.l. Kelly

Phillips III R.L. Kelly has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Phillips III began their career at Cincinnati Insurance Company as a Claims Adjuster from June 1994 to September 1996. In October 1996, they joined Safe Auto Insurance where they held various roles including Litigation Manager, Litigation Supervisor, Claims Supervisor, and Claims Adjuster until May 2002. In 2014, Kelly joined Kisling, Nestico & Redick as an Attorney, where they worked for a year.

Phillips III R.L. Kelly completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing at Tiffin University, which they attended from 1987 to 1991. Phillips III further pursued their education by attending Capital University Law School, where they obtained their Juris Doctor degree in Law from 1997 to 2001.
