Wamambe Christian

Wamambe Christian has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Wamambe began their career as a Store Assistant at Nina Interiors Ltd in 2013. In 2015, they worked as a Project Assistant for Dr. Maurice Muhwezi Murari, where they were involved in various tasks such as content development and document writing. Wamambe then moved on to Smart Telecom East Africa in 2014, where they started as a Graduate Trainee in Sales & Logistics before becoming a Sales & Logistics Analyst. Wamambe joined Pegasus Technologies Limited in 2017 as a Project Manager. In 2019, they became the Chief Operations Officer at ChapChap Africa Limited. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President - Payments, Financial Services, and Driver Wellbeing at SafeBoda, where they previously served as the Head of Financial Innovations.

Wamambe Christian obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Makerere University in the years 2011 to 2015. Wamambe continued their education at the same university and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance from 2019 to 2022. Before attending university, they attended St Mary's College Kisubi in Uganda, where they completed their high school education. From 2009 to 2010, they studied Physics, Mathematics, Economics, and Technical Drawing at St Mary's College Kisubi. Wamambe also attended the same school from 2005 to 2008 for high school, but the field of study during that time is unspecified.
