Doug Carroll

Doug Carroll is an experienced professional in the plumbing and construction inspection industry, currently serving as a Medical Gas Installation Project Manager and License Qualifier at MGI, Inc. since April 2023 and as a Plumbing Plans Examiner for SAFEbuilt in a remote capacity. Previously, Doug held positions as a Plumbing Inspector with UES, focusing on private provider building inspections, and with the City of Jacksonville, overseeing municipal inspections. Doug has extensive experience with MTCI Private Provider, where responsibilities included plumbing inspections and plan reviews. Earlier in the career at the University of Miami, Doug worked as a licensed plumber in facilities. Doug's career commenced at RB Carroll Inc., progressing from a mechanic to the Vice President of Operations. Doug holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business and Real Estate from Florida International University.
