Eric G. has a diverse work experience spanning several roles in various companies. Eric started their career at Gleason Companies, LLC, where they held the position of Vice President & General Manager for 14 years. Following this, they worked at PCS Homes as Vice President & General Manager, overseeing sales, operations, land acquisition, and development. After PCS Homes, Eric joined ProBuild Holdings as National Sales Operations & Management Organizational Development, where they facilitated performance management and sales effectiveness for the entire company. Eric then joined the National Fire Sprinkler Association as Government Relations Manager, responsible for legislative activities and advising member contractors. Currently, Eric is working at SAFEbuilt as the Vice President of Sales & Customer Success, leading a team for double and triple digit growth in their markets.

Eric G. holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Metropolitan State University of Denver. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including Conflict Resolution for the Workplace - Certified Trainer, Design for Six Sigma (DFSS), LEAN for Six Sigma, and Six Sigma Green Belt.
