Jorge Urrutia

Jorge Urrutia is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the construction and insurance industries. Currently serving as a Building Official at SAFEbuilt since August 2023 and a Structural Plans Examiner at Volisia County, Jorge has held the role of Project Manager at MTCI Private Provider Services, LLC since May 2014. Previous positions include President of Consolidated Inspection & Construction Corp. and Consolidated Insurance Claims, Inc., where responsibilities involved general contracting, inspection, environmental testing, and public adjusting for commercial and residential properties. Furthermore, Jorge was an Affiliate at Red Dot Management, Inc., specializing in REO property preservation. Jorge holds a Bachelor of Design in Architecture from the University of Florida.
